Malfy Gin And Pasta Evangelists Have Teamed For A Pasta And Cocktail Masterclass On The “Italian Art Of Slow Dining”

Malfy Gin has teamed up with Pasta Evangelists to deliver a pasta and cocktail masterclass that will immerse viewers in the “Italian art of slow dining.” The Pernod Ricard-owned spirits brand’s ambassador Dani Umoette and Pasta Evangelists head chef Roberta D’elia will be guides for the 90-minute experience.

Viewers will learn how to make a Con Arancia G&T, Amalfy Sunset Spritz, and simple lemon and ricotta ravioli. The virtual mixology and cooking class will take place on August 27 and 28.

Those who sign up to the Gin cocktail masterclass and pasta-making workshop will receive a bespoke kit ahead of the experience containing quality pasta flour, bread, and olives as well as all the ingredients necessary to whip up the two Gin cocktails. An ingredients list for the other items required to create the pasta dish will be supplied.

Tickets cost £25.00 ($33 USD) and are available for purchase through Fever Up. Deliveries can be made throughout the United Kingdom, however, there is no word on if deliveries are possible in the United States, mainland Europe, or anywhere else.

If you’re looking to make yourself a delicious Gin & Tonic, we recommend giving the Malfy Gin Rosa a try.

In other Pernod Ricard news, the spirits giant recently partnered with Ojo De Tigre Mezcal. The small-batch, artisanal Mezcal is crafted according to ancient traditions and only sustainable agave from the Tobala and Espadín plants are used, creating a smooth, sweet and herbal taste profile that can be savoured neat or in cocktails. Ojo de Tigre is available in both Joven and Reposado varieties.

Pernod Ricard-owned Jameson also received big news yesterday as its Jameson Cooper’s Croze was awarded the Taste Master award at the Irish Whiskey Masters 2020. The winner of the competition’s highest prize was praised for its flavors of “vanilla pods” and “orchard fruits.”
