This March the team behind award-winning London cocktail bar Swift is hitting the road and will travel to some of the best international cocktail bars for a series of guest bartending nights, for the Swift Takeover Tour. The guest shifts will see the London team traveling to the host bar, presenting a seminar on hospitality and taking over the venue for a collaborative night of fun and delectable drinks.
Kicking off on the 6th March, Swift will travel to Paris, to pop up at The Cambridge Public House, one of the French capital’s favorite industry meeting points led by Hyacinthe Lescoët. The British inspired pub and cocktail bar combines the relaxed and friendly atmosphere of a pub with the service and knowledge of a cocktail bar, the perfect ambience for team Swift to present three custom cocktails made for the occasion. One of the drinks created for the night, sponsored by Belvedere, is the spritz-style Ice Maiden: Creme de poire, Lillet Blanc, Belvedere Pear, and Ginger topped up with sparkling wine.
Not only is team Swift taking over the Parisian venue, but they will also host Hyacinthe and The Cambridge Public House’s team, on the 7th March for a night of drinks, music and fun in London, at their Shoreditch venue.

In December, Swift Soho launched its Legends menu. The drinks draw inspiration from famous drinkers throughout history and their favorite tipples. The bar’s popular previous menu, Hospitality, was inspired by Soho’s famous landmarks and people.
