Four Seasons Jackson Hole Unveils Aprés Champagne Bar, Fahrenheit Forty-Seven

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole has announced the return of Fahrenheit Forty-Seven. Named for the ideal temperature at which to serve Champagne, the dome-shaped bar will transform the hotel’s pool deck into a winter wonderland experience of chic luxury, making it the ultimate destination for après-ski.

The 20-foot custom dome structure seats up to 20 guests within the heated interior space, adorned with wood flooring, golden accents, cosy fur furnishings and a center bar. An 18-foot wide window located behind the bar showcases 180-degree panoramic views of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort’s ski slopes. Emerging from the bar area, an exterior lounge complete with a fireplace, fire pits and cosy seating welcomes space for an additional 20 people.

Fahrenheit Forty-Seven will offer Moët & Chandon Impérial and Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial by the glass and by the bottle, plus bespoke cocktails featuring Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial. Curated culinary après offerings will also be available for purchase, including osetra caviar with toast points, Maine lobster salad canapes, and kumamoto oyster shooters.

The slope-side bar is expected to open right before the Thanksgiving holiday, Wednesday, November 24, 2021, with hours of operation daily from 3:30 to 6:30 pm for après ski season. The venue also can be privatised for the ultimate après ski experience, accommodating up to eight guests on a round table. Guests can enjoy a gourmet menu from Westbank Grill, with a private server and custom menu.

Throughout the season, Fahrenheit Forty-Seven will host an array of pop-up après “Moët on the Mountain” parties, accompanied by live music.
