A London-Inspired Gin Garden Pops Up In Sydney

Good news for Australians living in or around Sydney;  a London inspired gin garden is popping up soon – to serve gin-infused sangria, rosé jugs and floral cocktails. 

Appearing at Endeavour Tap Room in the Rocks, the Gin Garden Pop Up will exist throughout the entire month of June. Featuring floral installations and promising to offer all the drinking and feasting imaginable the London-themed pop up will offer gin in the outside garden, offering space for drinkers’ gin-based activities. 

Offering a carefully curated gin cocktail menu, which features blood orange Negronis, dry gin and tonic creations, Beefeater Pink Gin fizz, and many others – four drinks will cost only $55 Australian. 

Aside from the straight cocktails there are also gin and rosé carafes at only $35 each.

The Gin Garden Pop Up will also be running a private gin dining situation for two whole hours in the decked-out sun lounge with endless drinks going around. 

At $79 per person, you’ll get a gin cocktail on arrival, bottomless gin-infused sangria and a shared feast menu with paprika rubbed chicken, fried halloumi, apple cabbage slaw, grilled flatbread, and more.

Sydney, Australia has grown into one of the world’s most respectable gin destinations, actually, Australia as a whole has been pushing gin to new heights.

Last summer, the new Four Pillars Laboratory opened in Surrey Hills, Sydney. The Australian Gin brand’s new space features a bar, lab, and retail space and is located in a 1930s building on Crown Street. Their distillery is located in Healesville, Victoria, just outside Melbourne. Over the last several years. the brand has been creating some of the world’s most intriguing gins, including Bloody Shiraz Gin, made from local Shiraz fruit; Spice Trade Gin, which features juniper, fresh red chilli, cardamom, turmeric, green Sichuan peppers, cassia and long peppers, all tied together with Aussie natives such as finger lime, macadamia and lemon myrtle; and their savor Olive Leaf Gin.
