Sipsmith Is Giving Away Two Tickets To Wimbledon 2021 And A Year’s Supply Of Gin

Sipsmith has announced a new partnership with Wimbledon as the Official Gin Sponsor of the 2021 tennis Championships. To celebrate the affiliation, the London-based distillery is giving away two tickets to next year’s tournament along with a year’s supply of Gin to tide you over while you wait.

Over the next year, Sipsmith will be handcrafting a limited edition, Wimbledon-inspired Gin. While no one is sure exactly what will go into to it, it seems like strawberries and grass might both play a roll, as the press release made sure to detail the 122,000 punnets of strawberries enjoyed at Wimbledon every year (which are handpicked just 37 miles from Sipsmith’s distillery) and the tennis grounds’ famed grass will play a part.

“It is a genuine honour to become one of Wimbledon’s exclusive partners,” said Sipsmith Co-Founder Fairfax Hall. We have a shared commitment to quality, integrity, and legacy creation, with people at the heart of all that we do.  These values have undoubtedly led Wimbledon to become a pinnacle in international sport, and Sipsmith to have become globally acclaimed as a benchmark for great quality gin.”

Mick Desmond, Commercial & Media Director at The All England Lawn Tennis Club, added: “We are delighted to welcome Sipsmith to the family of Official Partners of The Championships. Both Wimbledon and Sipsmith are heritage brands with a commitment to excellence and the ambition to share our stories globally. Gin and tonic is synonymous with the UK summer and we’re looking forward to seeing the exciting plans Sipsmith have in store to celebrate our partnership and delight our guests at The Championships for summer 2021.”

If you’re interested in entering, you’re going to have to act fast as the competition closes on September 30. Just remember, the strawberries at Wimbledon are handpicked 37 miles from the Sipsmith distillery. Join in the fun buy heading to the official page.
