Mirabeau Debuts Rosé Vermouth

Vault x Mirabeau Rosé Vermouth final

Provence wine brand Mirabeau has teamed up with Vault Vermouth to create a limited edition Rosé Vermouth. The new expression is recommended mixed to make a Martini or Negroni.

Bottled at 17% ABV, the Rosé Vermouth was made using the surplus stock of Mirabeau’s 2019 Vintage Prét-à-Porter cans of rosé. It is described as an aromatic apéritif that celebrates botanicals from the south of France.

Maison Mirabeau founder Jeany Cronk said: “We are excited and delighted to be launching our first Rosé Vermouth in collaboration with bartenders’ favourite Vault Vermouth. Bringing together our joint love for the apéritif culture and Dan’s savoir faire, we are incredibly proud of this stunning liquid which gives our Prét-à-Porter canettes of rosé a second life in style. With the growing trend of the at-home apéritif and the rise of the Negroni, this aromatic vermouth is delicately and perfectly balanced to complement our Mirabeau Dry Rosé Gin.”

Founded by restaurateur Dan Joines, London-based Vault Vermouth produces English vermouths for sipping, inspired by trips across Italy, Spain and France. Joines said “We’re so proud of the vermouth itself, it’s got a lovely balance and floral palate, and dilutes really well. This vermouth has been created with slightly higher ABV and with more body than our signature ’sipping’ vermouths, so it can be paired with bigger spirits.”

The limited edition Vault x Mirabeau Rosé Vermouth is available to purchase from Mirabeau’s website or online at Vault Vermouth for £32 ($44 USD) per 750ml bottle.
