We won’t all be able to make it home for the Holidays this year, but thanks to Jose Cuervo and their new Doppledrinker life-sized cardboard cutouts, an image of you can be present for just about any family or friends event you might end up missing.
Whether it’s Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah, a high school reunion, or any of the plethora of other events usually scheduled for this time of year, your Jose Cuervo Doppledrinker will make sure you don’t miss out on the action. The life-sized cardboard cutouts come with a drink in hand and the Tequila brand is willing to send one home to your family for you.
“So many Americans are asking themselves if they should travel home for the holidays…and if the answer is no, that doesn’t mean traditions can’t live on,” said a Cuervo representative. “For those opting not to celebrate in-person, Jose Cuervo is celebrating the holidays by giving fans the opportunity to send a life-sized cardboard ‘Doppeldrinker’ of themselves to friends and family—ensuring everyone’s seat at the table is still filled this holiday season.”
In order to get your own Doppledrinker, you’ll need to head to the official site and submit an application. Upload an image of yourself holding your fave drink and tell the brand where you wanna send your giant cutout. If you’re selected, the brand will send the life-sized cardboard cutout out of you home for the holidays.
Back in August, Jose Cuervo officially added two new offerings to their ready-to-drink portfolio with the release of Playamar Tequila Hard Seltzers. The new canned offerings come in two flavors: lime and grapefruit.
