Tequila Cazadores has declared February 2021 the first National Margarita Month. The iconic Tequila brand announced the kickoff with a lineup of daily programming featuring decadent margarita recipes prepared by 28 winning bartenders on its Facebook and Instagram profiles. An effort to further support the trade during these COVID times, the bartenders submitted their recipes after Tequila Cazadores’ call for bartenders in January and were awarded $1,000 to showcase their revamped margaritas on Tequila Cazadores’ social media profiles.
“We’re looking forward to launching the very first National Margarita Month and are committed to supporting our industry and the community of people that make the trade so special, especially during this chaotic time,” said Ashley Campbell, Tequila Cazadores Brand Manager. “Each of the recipe submissions showed such talent and spoke to the creativity, dedication and passion for the craft that our trade shares and we’re excited to showcase these unique interpretations throughout the month for everyone to enjoy and find inspiration.”
Beginning Monday, February 1, Tequila Cazadores will feature a new recipe each day throughout the month of February. Paying homage to the classic margarita with unexpected revamped versions, each of the recipes will display the bartenders’ creative cocktail-making skills using one of the five Tequila Cazadores expressions while keeping the recipes user-friendly and simple to recreate at home with household and grocery ingredients.
The newest recipe lineup will be unveiled each week to continue the celebration. To elevate the National Margarita Month experience, every Tuesday in the month of February will additionally feature a themed Taco Tuesday recipe with margarita pairing.
As part of the National Margarita Month celebration, social media followers who are tuning in and would like to recreate an inspiring recipe can instantly purchase Tequila Cazadores through its collaboration with Drizly to allow simple margarita making with streamlined deliveries.
