Baileys has unveiled a new limited edition marshmallow-flavored variant, Baileys S’mores Irish Cream Liqueur. The new release will be Baileys sixth flavored Irish cream variant currently available, alongside Chocolate Luxe, Strawberries and Cream, Espresso Créme, Salted Caramel, and Deliciously Light.
The new liquor offers flavors of toasted marshmallows and sweet graham crackers with a ‘rich chocolate’ finish to replicate the taste of s’mores. The drink is recommended to be consumed neat, in whipped coffee, or a marshmallow shot.
Baileys is providing a nostalgic flavor that is crafted due to the popularity of s’mores, a campfire treat typically consumed in the US and Canada.
“As s’mores are more popular than ever, we’re thrilled to introduce Baileys S’mores to help consumers (21-plus) enjoy the nostalgic treat while providing new and unique ways to indulge,” said Stacey Cunningham, director of Baileys and liqueurs, Diageo North America.
The brand has also partnered with Los Angeles-based s’mores bakery S’moreology to create a limited edition skillet kit that has been designed for autumn gatherings. The set contains all the ingredients needed to create a s’mores dip, including a mini cast iron skillet, Baileys-infused marshmallows (alcohol-free), chocolate bars, graham crackers, and marshmallow skewers, alongside two mugs for creating cocktails.
Baileys S’mores Irish Cream Liqueur is available across the US for a limited time and is priced at$24.99 per 750ml bottle. A limited number of kits are available to buy online from Goldbelly, priced at $99.95.
