It may be World Gin Day on July 11th (and the perfect occasion to celebrate with all the flavor minus the tomfoolery thanks to our friends at Lyre’s Spirit Co) but we think these classic non-alcoholic gin cocktails are a fool proof go-to all year round.
Lyre’s G&T
There’s nothing quite like a Summer afternoon at the elephant polo enjoying a G&T with friends. And we’re not referring to an issue of Giggle & Toff, the magazine for trust fund babies (although it is a frightfully super read!).

- 120mL (4oz) premium bottled tonic water
- 1 pink grapefruit slice

Lyre’s London Dry Collins
Another classic yet simple cocktail, the Dry Collins was invented by Mr John Collins, a bartender at a London dive bar famous for its Gin Punch. Method: Add ingredients in glass. Fill with ice. Stir
Glassware: Highball
Garnish: Lemon wheel
Lyre’s Southside
