Wicked Orange

Ingredients:

  • 1½ oz SIA Scotch Whisky
  • 1 oz Pur-Likor Spice Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 1 Dash Soda
  • Glassware: Coupe Glass
  • Garnish: Nutmeg

Fill cocktail shaker with ice. Gently stir all ingredients for 15-20 seconds. Pour into a glass half filled with ice. Sprinkle with Nutmeg.

Halloween Cocktails Empress Gin 2020

Ingredients:       

  • 1½ oz Empress 1908 Gin
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz Orange Rooibos Tea Syrup
  • ¾ oz Citric Acid or Lemon Juice
  • Orange Twist

Shake the Empress 1908 Gin, Aperol and tea syrup on ice. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Serve citric acid or lemon juice on the side. Garnish with an orange twist.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Apothic Red
  • 1 oz Cognac
  • 1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup*
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Hot Water
  • Garnish: Cinnamon Stick, Apples, Star Anise, Nutmeg

Place all the ingredients into a heat resistant container, including the garnishes, and stir until all the ingredients are fully combined. It makes two servings. 

*Cinnamon Syrup: Combine 1/2 Cup of water, 1/2 cup of sugar, and 6 cinnamon sticks in a heat resistant container. Let it steep and allow for it to cool off, remove the cinnamon sticks, cover it up, and maintain in the fridge.

Halloween Cocktails apple

Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz of Kikori Whiskey
  • 1.5oz of Rice Apple Milk*
  • 1.5oz of Cinnamon Apple Tea
  • 1.5oz of Simple Syrup
  • *Heat rice milk and 4 slices of apples, simmer until apples are soft, then strain and cool.
  • Glassware: Collins Glass
  • Garnish: Apple slices and cinnamon stick.

Add all ingredients to a shaker, with ice. Shake and strain.

Diplo Mocha

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz.  Diplomatico Mantuano
  • 1 oz.  Fresh espresso
  • Chocolate milk

Stir and top with steamed hot chocolate milk and dark chocolate gratings.  Enjoy! 

Devil After Dinner

Ingredients:

  • 35ml Diablesse Caribbean Rum
  • 20ml Bitter Truth Pimento Dram
  • 20ml Cranberry Syrup 
  • 20ml Port
  • 25ml Lime 

Shake with ice & strain into a martini glass.

Pumpkin Apple Cider

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Broken Shed Vodka from New Zealand
  • 1½ oz apple cider
  • 1 oz Re’al, Pumpkin Puree Infused Syrup

Add all ingredients to the shaker with ice. Shake, strain and pour into martini glass. Garnish rim glass with crushed Graham Crackers.

Heated Affair

Ingredients:

In a small warm wine glass, add Tequila and hot apple cider. Float heavy cream. Garnish with grated fresh nutmeg over cream.

Rome with a View

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz / 3 cl Campari
  • 1 oz / 3 cl Cinzano Extra Dry
  • 1 oz / 3 cl Lime juice
  • ¾ oz / 2.25 cl Simple Syrup
  • Top with Soda
  • Garnish: 1 slice of orange
  • Glass: Highball
